Ever heard of Tortas? More of them are eaten in Mexico everyday than all the tacos and enchiladas combined. But if you have heard of tortas, you've never had one like Tio's makes. We start by finding the freshest and highest quality ingredients we can get. Then we cook them right in the restaurant using our own special spice blends and fresh herbs. We put all this on our handmade Mexican bread that's baked fresh daily. Then, when we grill them, they're all hot and all fast and all made just for you right when you order. But maybe you just want to be safe with your ordinary sub sandwich? Yeah, we didn't think so.
