Traditions Restaurant, established in 2000, is a family-owned, family-operated restaurant whose primary objective is to provide an upscale family dining option for the people of East Texas.Pictured at right are: Jeff Williams, General Manager (14 years experience); Robert Owens, Owner (33 years experience); and, Jason Bush, Associate Manager (16 years experience).
Chef Ryan Page (left) creates new, innovative dishes for the restaurant each week, using fresh ingredients available seasonally. He has 16 years experience, including catering at Willowbrook Country Club, Eagles Bluff Country Club, and Villa de Felicita. Our catering staff (below) is highly qualified, providing impeccable service for your event. In addition to catering private and corporate events, Catering by Traditions also serves daily lunches at area schools, plants, and corporations.
